Hi, If you have the Outlook Social Connector add-in correctly installed and enabled, you should see the People Pane option in People Pane group under View tab: Please also check if the Social Connector is disabled on your computer. To check this, navigate to the following registry path: HKEYCURRENTUSER Software Microsoft Office Outlook SocialConnector Value name: RunOSC If the value data of RunOSC is set to 0, change it to 1 and then check if this issue continues. Regards, Steve Fan Please remember to mark the replies as an answers if they help and unmark them if they provide no help. If you have feedback for TechNet Subscriber Support, contact. Did you try playing with your ribbon? I don't recall seeing a people pane. I clicked on the appointment, went to my ribbon options, added 'meeting' tab, and then it seemed everything came into view (people pane, a few other groups I had been looking for, etc.) I'm not sure of what I did because I wasn't paying attention to the 'before' and 'after', but this seemed to work for me. There is also an option for the panes, maybe you can add the 'people pane' to your 'view tab' under customizing ribbons?
